With a background in both agricultural science and landscape architecture, Bubba is interested in designing spatial narratives that engage both humans and wildlife, with a focus on thoughtfully integrating ecology and aesthetics. Prior to joining Orange Street Studio, Bubba was employed at the firm of Ken Smithe & Associates, where he worked on innovative trail and habitat restoration projects. Before his incarnation as a landscape architect, he served as a community volunteer in the village of Ayacucho in the highlands of Peru, where he initiated a grassroots program to breed organic guinea pigs. He is fluent in Spanish, French and is currently tackling the intricacies of Chinese.
