As part of the revitalization of downtown Santa Ana, this multi-unit condominium complex is being developed with a sensitivity to the neighborhood in its scale and its incorporation of an existing structure. Likewise, the plantings surrounding the complex create a garden frontage that ties the development to the residential neighborhood. Within the complex, various defined courtyards offer spaces for both intimate and group gatherings. Even the parking court is envisioned as an active community space where outdoor movies can be shown.
